What is included
Detailing for luxury homes: closets, kitchen appliances, leather, glass, terraces and home cinemas cleaned by hand, by trained staff, under a named supervisor. A weekly clean keeps a home tidy. Detailing deals with what it leaves behind: the inside of wardrobes, the seals of a built in coffee machine, body oil on a leather armrest, water marks on a glass balustrade. Each job is done by hand with a product chosen for the finish, and every delicate surface is logged before work starts.

How we carry out brass and copper polishing
Brass and copper darken quickly near the sea and in humid homes, which is why door handles, lamp bases, coffee pots, trays and stair rail details in coastal villas lose their shine within weeks. Before polishing, the supervisor checks each item. Many modern brass fittings are lacquered at the factory, and polish on a lacquered surface wears through it in patches. Plated items carry a thin metal layer that polish can cut through. Some antique pieces have a dark patina the owner wants to keep.
Bare brass and copper are polished by hand with a non abrasive metal polish and soft cotton cloths, working in straight lines rather than circles on brushed finishes. Engraving and filigree are cleaned with a soft brush and the polish residue is washed out of the grooves, since dried polish turns green. Pieces are dried and buffed, and the final handling is done in cotton gloves so fingerprints do not start new tarnish. Lacquer that has failed and gone patchy is noted and relacquering is quoted separately.
How it works

- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
