Most fit out delays in Dubai come from permits, building access rules and trades waiting on each other. We identify the approvals your building, master developer or the authorities ask for at the site visit, prepare that paperwork, and run every trade under one supervisor to a written programme.

Yes. We build from your designer's drawings and specifications, and raise any buildability questions before the quotation is issued.
Do you take on structural work or extensions?
No. We do not take on structural alterations, extensions or any work that needs an engineer's stamp. Our scope is interior fit out, finishes and the services inside the existing structure.
Can we stay in the property during the renovation?
For a single room or one bathroom, usually yes, with the work area sealed off and cleaned down each day. For a whole home renovation we recommend moving out until handover.
