The same fourteen points govern a villa deep clean, a repaint and a plant room overhaul. The supervisor signs each one before the crew leaves, and you receive the completed sheet with photographs within the hour.

How results are measured
- Deep cleaning: ATP swab on high touch surfaces
- AC and duct cleaning: particle count in the supply air
- Soft furnishings: moisture reading below 12 percent
- Marble and stone: gloss meter readings in each room
- Painting: wet film thickness on every coat and an adhesion test
- Electrical work: thermal imaging of distribution boards
If a check fails
Tell us within 48 hours. We return and put it right at no charge. If it still falls short, the affected part of the job is refunded.
