What is included
A flat villa roof collects sand in every corner after a shamal, and that sand ends up in the roof drains. When the first heavy winter rain arrives, a blocked outlet leaves water standing on the slab or spilling over the parapet. Roofs, gutters and downpipes are cleared by hand, the area around AC units, tanks and skylights is cleaned, and any damage seen is photographed.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and plan access. At the site visit the supervisor checks the roof type, the access points, where harnesses can be anchored and what equipment the roof can take.
- Clear the dry debris. Sand, leaves and nests are swept and bagged by hand and carried down, never brushed off the edge into the garden.
- Open the drains. Roof outlets, gutters and downpipes are cleared, then water is run through each one to confirm it flows.
- Rinse with care. Low pressure water and soft brushes only, so no water is forced under tiles, into joints or past the membrane.
- Report what was found. Damage, failed sealant or waterproofing and any nesting are photographed and sent to you with the before and after record.

Old nests and droppings are removed and the area disinfected, with the team in gloves and masks. Keeping birds off the roof with nets or spikes is work for our pest control team, quoted separately.

Ladders, harness anchor points and protection for the roof surface are all planned at the site visit. Work stops in strong wind, and in summer it is booked for the early morning within our hours of 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.

Can my solar panels be cleaned at the same time?
Yes, from the edge or from access equipment, using soft brushes and low pressure water. Nobody walks on the panels.
Will you repair broken tiles or leaks you find?
The cleaning team reports them with photographs. Repairs to tiles, sealant or waterproofing are quoted separately by our own technicians once they have inspected the roof.
