What is included
Timber moves in Dubai. Doors swell in the humid months and shrink under constant AC, hinges pull out of board carcasses, and sun and irrigation water bleach and split outdoor wood. Our carpenters repair what can be repaired, make new pieces to measure and match veneers and finishes as closely as the material allows.

We match species, stain and sheen as closely as the material allows and show you a sample before finishing. An exact match to aged or sun faded timber is not always possible, and we tell you that before we start.
Why do my doors stick in summer?
Timber takes in moisture when the air is humid and gives it up when the AC runs for long hours, so it swells and shrinks through the year. Sealing every face of the door, including the top and bottom edges, reduces the movement.
Do you make fitted wardrobes and custom joinery?
We do. We measure on site, agree drawings, materials and hardware with you, then make and install the piece. The programme is stated in the quotation.
Does a pergola or deck need approval?
It may, depending on the community and on the size and position of the structure. This is identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork the community or master developer asks for.
