What is included
Whether you are handing a property back or receiving the keys to a new one, the clean has to pass an inspection. We work to the checklist landlords, agents and developers actually use: inside every cupboard, behind every appliance, every pane of glass and every fitting.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

Will a move out clean help me get my deposit back in Dubai?
It removes the most common reason for deductions. Dubai tenancy contracts normally require the home to be returned in the condition it was received, apart from fair wear and tear. Our dated photo report gives you evidence of the condition at handover.
Should I book before or after the movers?
After. The property should be empty so every cupboard, wall and floor can be reached. We can usually attend the same day the movers finish.
Do you also repaint walls for move out?
Yes. Many contracts ask for walls to be returned in the original colour. Our painters can repaint before the cleaning crew arrives so both are covered by one quotation.
Can you clean a brand new home before I move in?
Yes. New and recently renovated homes carry fine construction dust in cupboards, tracks and AC vents. A move in clean removes it before your furniture arrives.
