What is included
Daily housekeeping keeps a hotel presentable. What it cannot reach in a twenty minute room turn builds up: dust on curtain headings, limescale behind shower screens, grease above the hot line, traffic lanes in corridor carpet. We take those jobs on as a rolling programme, floor by floor and area by area, at the hours the hotel gives us.

The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site survey and method statement. We walk the premises with your facilities contact, record areas, finishes and access rules, and issue a written method statement and risk assessment.
- Schedule around your operation. Work is planned for early mornings, evenings or overnight so staff, customers and tenants are not disturbed.
- Supervised crews with checklists. A named supervisor runs the same uniformed crew each visit against a room by room checklist.
- Audit and reporting. Each visit is photographed. Retained contracts receive a monthly report covering attendance, audits and any corrective actions.
