What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out grille and diffuser installation
Each outlet is sized to the air it has to deliver, since a diffuser that is too small hisses and one that is too large drops cold air straight down. Positions are set out with the lighting layout so everything lines up. The opening is cut and framed, a plenum box is hung above it from the slab, and the flexible connection is made. The diffuser or grille is then screwed or clipped to the frame with a foam gasket behind the flange, so no air leaks round the edge and marks the ceiling.
Black streaks around a diffuser are dust drawn out of the void through a gap behind the flange, not dirt from the duct. Rattles come from a loose damper blade or a core that was never clipped home. Return grilles matter as much as supply ones: too small, and the unit strains and whistles. In Dubai homes we also check that supply air is not aimed at a window wall, where it will cause condensation on the glass. The site visit confirms the ceiling type and the space above each position.

Which is better, galvanised steel or pre insulated duct?
Both work well when they are installed properly. Steel is stronger and suits long main runs, plant rooms and exposed ducts. Pre insulated panel is lighter and suits homes with shallow voids. We recommend one after seeing the site.
