What is included
A flooring company for homes, offices and shops, covering tile, timber, vinyl, SPC, laminate and epoxy floors, plus regrouting and polishing. A floor is only as good as the surface beneath it. Slabs are often uneven, and moisture from a wet area or a ground floor slab will lift timber and vinyl within months. We test the subfloor for level and moisture, prepare it properly and leave expansion gaps sized for a home that swings between summer heat and constant AC.

- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.

- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Can you replace a few cracked or hollow tiles without redoing the floor?
Yes, where a matching tile is available. We lift the damaged tiles, clean out the bed, refix with the correct adhesive and regrout as close to the aged grout colour as we can.
Do I need permission from my building to change the floor?
Many apartment buildings ask for a work permit, and some set rules on acoustic underlay. We confirm the rules for your building at the site visit and prepare the permit paperwork it asks for.
Do you install flooring in Dubai?
Yes. Our own floor layers and tilers work in villas, apartments, offices and shops across Dubai, and the site visit includes a level and moisture check of the existing floor.
Can new flooring go over my existing tiles?
Often, yes. SPC, laminate and vinyl can be laid over sound, level tiles once the grout lines are filled. We check door clearances and thresholds first, because the floor height rises.
Which floor copes best with Dubai heat and humidity?
Porcelain tile and SPC cope best with moisture and temperature swings. Engineered timber performs well in air conditioned rooms when the expansion gaps are right and the AC is not switched off for months.
