What is included
A move goes wrong in the details: a tower lift that was never booked, a truck with nowhere to park, a wardrobe whose fittings went missing. Our supervisor surveys the home first and writes an inventory room by room. The same crew then packs, dismantles, loads, carries and unpacks, with lift slots, truck parking and the paperwork each building asks for sorted before the day.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

On which days and at what times do you move?
Moves run Monday to Saturday between 08:00 and 19:00. In summer the crew starts loading at 08:00 to get the heaviest carrying done early, and a large villa is planned across consecutive days.
Can you clean the old home and the new one in the same job?
Yes. The new home is deep cleaned before the furniture arrives, and the old one is cleaned for handover once the truck has left. Both go on the same quotation and the same schedule.
Do you move homes and offices in Dubai?
Yes. Our crew moves villas, apartments and offices across Dubai and between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. A survey comes first, so that the volume, the access and the building rules are known before a date is fixed.
How far ahead should a move be booked?
Two to three weeks leaves time for the survey, the written quotation and the move permits at both ends. Towers often limit moves to set days and slots, so the date usually follows the slot the building gives.
Do you arrange the move permit and the service lift?
We identify what each building or community asks for at the survey, prepare the paperwork and book the service lift and loading bay with building management. Some buildings accept the request only from the tenant or owner, and we tell you when that applies.
Are my belongings covered during the move?
What is covered, and on what terms, is set out in the written quotation before you confirm. Tell the supervisor at the survey about any item of particular value so that it is listed on the inventory and its packing and handling are agreed in writing.
What should I keep aside rather than have packed?
Passports, documents, jewellery, cash, medicines and laptops are best kept with you. Candles, wine and anything that melts should not sit in a closed truck in summer, so those travel in your car.
