What is included
Inspection led pest control for homes and businesses, using products chosen for the site and the people in it, and a written report after every visit. Nobody wants to make this call, and nobody wants a van with a large insect painted on the side parked outside their villa. We understand both. Our technicians find the source first, treat only where it is needed and tell you plainly when each room is safe to use again.

How we carry out rodent proofing
Rats and mice squeeze through gaps that look far too small for them. In Dubai villas the usual ways in are the openings where AC refrigerant lines, cables and drains pass through walls, gaps under garage and kitchen doors, and loose covers on drainage chambers. Our pest control technician walks the outside and inside of the property looking for droppings, greasy rub marks along walls and fresh gnawing, and marks each gap on a plan of the house.
Gaps are packed with stainless steel mesh first, because rodents chew straight through sealant and foam on their own, then sealed over with a suitable sealant or mortar. Brush strips go along the bottom of doors that leave a gap. Drain covers are refitted and secured. Existing bait stations are inspected, and where activity is still present it is noted. A follow up visit checks whether any new gnawing or droppings have appeared and seals anything missed.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Inspection and identification. A technician inspects kitchens, bathrooms, drains, voids, stores and the garden, identifies the pest and finds where it is coming from. Treating without knowing the source is why problems return.
- Treatment plan and quotation in writing. You receive a written plan naming the method, the products and the number of visits, with a quotation before anything is applied.
- Targeted treatment. Gel baits, residual treatments at entry and harbourage points, dusts in voids and bait stations are used where each one works best. Food, toys, pets and fish tanks are protected first.
- Proofing advice. We show you the gaps, drains and damp spots that let the pests in, and what to seal or change so the treatment lasts.
- Report and follow up. The report lists what was found, what was used and when each room is safe to use again. A follow up visit is booked where the treatment calls for one.
