What is included

How we carry out indoor air quality testing

The visit starts with handheld meters. Temperature and relative humidity show whether the AC is drying the air or only cooling it. Readings mean little without looking at what produces them. The supervisor opens the fan coil or ducted unit, checks the filter, the coil and the drain pan, and looks into the supply and return ducts with a torch and camera. The report sets out each room's readings and photographs, the likely cause and the work that would fix it.
