What is included
Coil, drain pan and full duct decontamination, with particulate readings taken before and after. The AC runs most of the year in Dubai, and everything in the ducts ends up in the air you breathe. We clean the whole air path, from return grille to supply diffuser, and measure the difference.
- Supply and return ducts brushed and vacuum extracted
- Evaporator coil and blower cleaned
- Drain pan and drain line cleared
- Grilles and diffusers removed and washed
- Sanitisation of the air path
- Particulate reading before and after
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.
AC Filter Cleaning in Victory Heights: what we plan for
Victory Heights is a gated villa community around The Els Club golf course in Dubai Sports City, with clusters named Calida, Esmeralda, Novelia, Estella, Oliva, Morella and Marbella Village. Motor City next door holds the Green Community townhouses and the Uptown apartment buildings, and Dubai Sports City adds apartment towers and the Gallery Villas.
Villas along the fairways get irrigation overspray on glass and boundary walls. Sports City and Motor City sit beside busy roads and open land, so dust and traffic film collect on balconies. We service the several AC zones of a villa in one visit and check outdoor units for irrigation damage.
Victory Heights is gated and visits are registered by the resident. Apartment buildings in Motor City and Sports City need a work permit and a service lift booking.
