What is included
Scheduled AC servicing, gas top up and repair by our own AC technicians, with urgent call outs in Abu Dhabi. A serviced AC cools faster, uses less power and fails less often in August. We service, diagnose and repair split, ducted and central systems.

- Refrigerant pressure check and top up
- Electrical and thermostat checks
- Leak and noise diagnosis
- Repair and parts replacement
- Emergency call out
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.
Split AC Servicing in Khalifa City: what we plan for
Khalifa City is mostly large private villas built plot by plot, many of them extended over the years with a majlis, staff quarters or a second house on the same land. Khalifa City A is the established part, with apartment developments such as Al Rayyana and Etihad Plaza. Khalifa City B, now also called Shakhbout City, is newer and lower density, and Al Merief is a district of private villa plots.
Open plots and building sites between the homes keep sand and cement dust in the air, and it settles in courtyards, on roof terraces and inside AC return grilles. Roof water tanks are exposed to full sun, and the hard desalinated supply scales up heaters and mixer taps quickly. Villas here often run split, ducted and package units side by side. Every unit, pump and water tank is logged on the first visit and maintained to one plan.
Most villas are on open streets, so the crew parks at the gate and works with the owner or the house staff. Apartment buildings ask for a permit and a lift booking. Any outside work that may need the community or municipality to agree is identified at the site visit.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for split AC servicing in Khalifa City follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size and type of the system or surface
- Present condition and ease of access
- Parts and materials specified
- One visit or a retained contract
