How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.

Timber moves in Dubai. Doors swell in the humid months and shrink under constant AC, hinges pull out of board carcasses, and sun and irrigation water bleach and split outdoor wood. Our carpenters repair what can be repaired, make new pieces to measure and match veneers and finishes as closely as the material allows.

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Can a carpenter visit Dubai for one small repair?
Yes. A single sticking door or a loose hinge is a normal booking for us. We are open from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday and work across Dubai.
How much does a carpenter cost in Dubai?
Carpentry cannot be priced from a list, because the timber, the finish and the amount of making all change the answer. We survey the work on site and confirm the cost in a written quotation before anything is ordered or cut.
Can you match my existing wood colour and finish?
We match species, stain and sheen as closely as the material allows and show you a sample before finishing. An exact match to aged or sun faded timber is not always possible, and we tell you that before we start.
