Curtain & Blind Cleaning
Lined and Interlined Curtain Cleaning in Al Barsha & Barsha Heights
Lined and interlined curtains have two or three layers that shrink at different rates, so face fabric, lining and interlining are each tested before a method is chosen. The MELLS carries this out in Al Barsha with its own directly employed team and a named supervisor. We visit the property first and confirm the scope in a written quotation.

What is included
Curtains steamed on their tracks and blinds cleaned slat by slat, without the cost and risk of taking them down. Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Face fabric, lining and interlining tested separately
- Light soiling steamed and extracted on the track with little moisture
- Heavy or stained curtains taken off site and cleaned to the care label
- Linings weakened by sun reported before cleaning starts
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Lined and Interlined Curtain Cleaning in Al Barsha: what we plan for
Al Barsha combines streets of large private villas in Al Barsha 2 and 3 with the apartment buildings of Al Barsha 1 around Mall of the Emirates. Barsha Heights is a district of residential and office towers, and Al Barsha South includes Arjan, Dubai Science Park and the Villa Lantana compounds. The MELLS office is in Barsha Heights.
Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street carry heavy traffic, so an oily film builds on road facing glass and sills. City dust enters through the AC and settles on high ledges.
Villas are on open streets. Towers in Barsha Heights and Al Barsha 1 need a work permit and a service lift booking, which we arrange.
What your quotation depends on

- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas
