What is included
Curtains steamed on their tracks and blinds cleaned slat by slat, without the cost and risk of taking them down. Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Face fabric, lining and interlining tested separately
- Light soiling steamed and extracted on the track with little moisture
- Heavy or stained curtains taken off site and cleaned to the care label
- Linings weakened by sun reported before cleaning starts
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Lined and Interlined Curtain Cleaning in Al Raha Beach: what we plan for
Al Raha Beach is a string of separate waterfront precincts rather than one estate. Al Bandar and Al Muneera hold most of the apartment buildings, set around a marina and a beach promenade, and Al Muneera Island adds townhouses and villas on the water. Al Zeina mixes apartments with podium villas, and Al Raha Lofts, Al Seef and Lamar Residences add further apartment buildings along the canals.
Salt off the Gulf settles on balcony glass and aluminium frames within days, and the onshore breeze drives fine sand into sliding door tracks. Waterfront humidity stays high well into the evening in summer, so mould shows first in bathroom silicone, behind wardrobes on outside walls and around AC supply grilles.
Apartment buildings ask for a work permit from building management and a booked service lift. The island townhouses and Al Zeina villas sit behind security, where the resident registers our crew beforehand. Terrace or facade work may need master community consent, which is checked at the site visit.
What your quotation depends on

- Furnished and occupied, or empty
