What is included
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.

How we carry out flexible duct installation
A spigot is fitted to the side of the main duct, usually with a small damper in it. The flexible duct is stretched to its full length before cutting, since a compressed core has deep ridges that slow the air. The inner core is pushed over the spigot and fixed with a clamp, the insulation and outer jacket are pulled over and taped, and the other end is fitted to the diffuser plenum the same way. Wide straps support the run so it stays round and does not hang in loops.
Flexible duct is quick to fit, which is why it gets overused. Run it for several metres across a void, bend it tightly round a beam or leave a downlight resting on it, and most of the airflow is gone before it reaches the room. The jacket also tears easily, and a torn jacket sweats in humid weather. During the site visit we lift a few tiles or open an access panel to see how long the flexible runs are and whether any have been crushed by later trades.
