What is included
Facade cleaning for villas, towers and commercial buildings, removing sand, salt and pollution film from glass, cladding, stone and painted render. Sand, humidity and sea air leave a film on every elevation in Dubai, and irrigation water adds mineral streaks at ground level. We match the method to the material, from purified water poles to low pressure washing. The access method is decided at the site visit, along with any permit the building or community asks for.
- Paint type and wall surface identified before a remover is chosen
- Test patch carried out on a small corner of the marking
- Remover applied, left to dwell and rinsed with hot water or steam
- Remaining shadow treated again or the panel repainted to match
How we carry out graffiti removal
Spray paint, marker ink and stickers each need a different approach, and so does each wall. On bare block, concrete and stone, a graffiti remover gel is brushed on, left to soften the paint and rinsed off with hot water at low pressure or with steam, sometimes two or three times. On painted render the remover would take the wall paint as well, so the marking is cleaned as far as it will go and the panel is then repainted to match. Glass, metal shutters and signs are cleaned with a solvent on a cloth and wiped dry.
Porous surfaces are the difficulty. Paint soaks into unsealed block or sandstone and a pale shadow can remain after the colour has gone. Blasting it with high pressure cuts the face off the wall and leaves a permanent clean scar in the shape of the tag. Heat in Dubai bakes fresh paint hard within days, so earlier removal gives a better result. On community or boundary walls the owner or the master developer may have rules on colours and finishes, which we identify at the site visit.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site survey and method statement. We walk the premises with your facilities contact, record areas, finishes and access rules, and issue a written method statement and risk assessment.
- Schedule around your operation. Work is planned for early mornings, evenings or overnight so staff, customers and tenants are not disturbed.
- Supervised crews with checklists. A named supervisor runs the same uniformed crew each visit against a room by room checklist.
- Audit and reporting. Each visit is photographed. Retained contracts receive a monthly report covering attendance, audits and any corrective actions.
Graffiti Removal in Mirdif: what we plan for
Mirdif is one of Dubai's established family districts, east of the airport, with streets of private villas built from the 1990s onwards, the townhouses of Shorooq and Mushrif Village, and apartments at Uptown Mirdif, Ghoroob, Mirdif Hills and Mirdif Tulip. Al Warqa, Al Mizhar, Al Rashidiya, Nad Al Hamar and Al Khawaneej surround it with larger private villas.
Many homes here are twenty to thirty years old, so AC ducts, water tanks, roofs and bathrooms have had time to collect what newer communities have not seen yet. Mature gardens bring leaf litter and irrigation marks, and dust settles quickly on sills, roofs and outdoor furniture. Shops, clinics and nurseries around Uptown Mirdif and the main roads are cleaned before opening or after closing.
Most streets are open, with no community gate, and we park at the villa. Apartment communities such as Ghoroob, Uptown Mirdif and Mirdif Hills need a work permit from building management, which we arrange.

Questions about graffiti removal in Mirdif
What does graffiti removal include?
Graffiti is removed by matching the method to the wall: a remover gel and steam on masonry, gentle cleaners on painted or coated surfaces, with a test patch first. The work includes paint type and wall surface identified before a remover is chosen; test patch carried out on a small corner of the marking; remover applied, left to dwell and rinsed with hot water or steam.
Will there be a mark left where the graffiti was?
On glass, metal and glazed tile there is normally nothing left to see. On porous masonry a faint shadow sometimes remains, and on painted walls the cleaned patch can look brighter than the wall around it. The test patch shows what to expect before the full area is done.
Can the wall be protected against more graffiti?
A clear protective coating can be applied to masonry once it is clean and dry, so later markings sit on the coating and wash off more easily. There are sacrificial and permanent types, and the choice depends on the surface. It is listed as an optional item in the quotation.
How much does graffiti removal cost in Mirdif?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: floor area and the mix of finishes; visit frequency and working hours. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides graffiti removal in Mirdif?
The MELLS provides graffiti removal in Mirdif, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does graffiti removal take?
Typically half a day to a full day for most villas, and set after survey for towers and large buildings. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do you need a permit to work on our building?
Many towers and communities ask for a work permit and supporting documents. This is identified at the site visit, and we prepare the paperwork the building management or developer asks for.
Will pressure washing damage paint or stone?
It can if the pressure is too high, so we keep it low, test a small area first and use cleaners suited to the surface. Acids are kept away from limestone and marble.
Do you clean building facades in Mirdif?
Yes. We clean villa elevations, low rise blocks, towers and retail frontages across Dubai. A survey of the materials, height and access comes first.
How do your crews get access to Mirdif?
Most streets are open, with no community gate, and we park at the villa. Apartment communities such as Ghoroob, Uptown Mirdif and Mirdif Hills need a work permit from building management, which we arrange.
Do you work in older villas in Mirdif?
Yes. Much of our work in Mirdif, Al Warqa and Al Mizhar is in villas twenty years old or more, where the supervisor checks ducts, tanks, roofs and bathrooms at the site visit and writes what was found into the quotation.
How do I choose a company for graffiti removal in Mirdif?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (room by room checklist, photographs and a monthly audit) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Mirdif at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
