What is included

Slabs are often uneven, and moisture from a wet area or a ground floor slab will lift timber and vinyl within months. We test the subfloor for level and moisture, prepare it properly and leave expansion gaps sized for a home that swings between summer heat and constant AC.

Do you install flooring in Dubai?

Can new flooring go over my existing tiles?
Often, yes. SPC, laminate and vinyl can be laid over sound, level tiles once the grout lines are filled. We check door clearances and thresholds first, because the floor height rises.

Porcelain tile and SPC cope best with moisture and temperature swings. Engineered timber performs well in air conditioned rooms when the expansion gaps are right and the AC is not switched off for months.
