What is included
One team designs, builds and finishes. Space planning, joinery, lighting, colours and furniture are resolved on paper first, then delivered by our own trades.
- Space planning and layouts
- Joinery and lighting design
- Colour and finishes consultation
- Furniture sourcing and styling
- Turnkey delivery
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.
Interior Design & Styling in Al Raha Golf Gardens: what we plan for
Al Raha Golf Gardens is a gated community of villas and townhouses beside the Abu Dhabi Golf Club in Khalifa City. The villa designs are Gardenia, Lailak, Narjis and Orchid, of four to six bedrooms, many with a private pool. Jouri and Khuzama provide the townhouses, usually of three or four bedrooms.
Sprinklers on the course and in the gardens leave white mineral spots on glass, boundary walls and car ports. Grass cuttings and sand blow onto terraces and into pool skimmers, and the irrigated ground keeps humidity up along the lower walls of the house. Villas with pools add pumps, filters and pool lighting to the AC and water heater checks. Each item is listed on the first visit and serviced to one schedule.
Contractors are registered at the community gate in advance by the resident. Any change to the outside of a villa, its colour or its landscaping may need the master community's consent. We identify that at the site visit and prepare whatever paperwork is asked for.
