What is included
Maid service for villas and apartments by housekeepers The MELLS employs directly, booked by the hour, every week or on a monthly contract. Fine sand settles on every surface within days in Dubai, and long AC running hours keep that dust moving from room to room. Your housekeeper works to a task list agreed with you, returns on the same days wherever the rota allows, and has the work checked by a supervisor against our 14 Point Standard.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.

For repeat bookings we roster the same housekeeper wherever possible, so your home and preferences only have to be learned once. Cover during leave is arranged by us and you are told beforehand.
Do the housekeepers bring cleaning products and equipment?
They can bring both, or use what you already keep at home if you prefer particular products for stone, timber or fabric. Your choice is noted on the booking.
Can you arrange a full time or live in housekeeper?
Yes. A dedicated housekeeper is placed with your household under a contract arranged in line with UAE domestic worker rules, and the whole arrangement is explained at the first meeting.
Do you provide maid service in Dubai?
Yes. Our housekeepers work across Dubai, including Dubai, from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
Are the maids employed by The MELLS?
For hourly, weekly and part time services, yes. They are our own employees, not agency or subcontracted staff, and a supervisor checks their work.
