What is included
Interior and exterior painting by our own painters, with surfaces properly prepared, furniture fully protected and wet film thickness checked on every coat. A good paint finish is mostly preparation. Dubai walls move with heat, hairline cracks open at ceiling joints, and coastal air and irrigation mark exterior walls within a few seasons. We repair and prime before we paint, apply the system named in your quotation and leave the home clean enough to move straight back into.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey, colour and written scope. We measure, test the existing coating and agree colours, sheen and the number of coats. The written quotation names the paint system and the scope.
- Protection. Furniture is moved and wrapped, floors are covered edge to edge, and switches, handles and light fittings are masked or removed.
- Surface preparation. Walls are washed, flaking paint is scraped back, cracks are opened and filled, and everything is sanded flat. Damp or salt affected areas are treated before any paint goes on.
- Primer and finish coats. A sealer or primer suited to the substrate is followed by two finish coats. Wet film thickness is checked on every coat.
- Snagging and handover. We inspect in daylight with you, touch up, clean down and hand over a paint schedule listing brand, colour codes and batch numbers for future touch ups.

Water based emulsion is touch dry in about an hour and can be recoated in around four hours. It reaches full hardness over two to four weeks, so avoid scrubbing new walls in that time.
Do we need to move out while you paint?
No. We work room by room with low odour water based paints, and bedrooms are usable again the same night.
How many coats do you apply?
A primer or sealer where the surface needs it, then two finish coats. Strong colour changes may need a third coat, which is stated in the quotation.
Which paint brands do you use?
We apply the paint system named in your quotation. Most clients choose premium washable emulsions from the major brands stocked in Dubai, and we are happy to work with paints specified by your designer.
How do you protect furniture and floors?
Furniture is moved to the centre of the room and wrapped. Floors are covered edge to edge, and fittings are masked or removed. The crew cleans down every day.
Do you repair cracks and damp patches before painting?
Yes. Cracks are opened, filled and sanded, and damp or salt affected plaster is treated and sealed first. Painting over a defect only hides it for a few months.
