What is included
Inspection led pest control for homes and businesses, using products chosen for the site and the people in it, and a written report after every visit. Nobody wants to make this call, and nobody wants a van with a large insect painted on the side parked outside their villa. We understand both. Our technicians find the source first, treat only where it is needed and tell you plainly when each room is safe to use again.
- Inspection of kitchen, bathrooms, drains and stores
- Gel bait in cabinets and behind appliances
- Residual treatment at entry points and skirtings
- Floor drains and bin areas treated
- Written report and proofing advice
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Inspection and identification. A technician inspects kitchens, bathrooms, drains, voids, stores and the garden, identifies the pest and finds where it is coming from. Treating without knowing the source is why problems return.
- Treatment plan and quotation in writing. You receive a written plan naming the method, the products and the number of visits, with a quotation before anything is applied.
- Targeted treatment. Gel baits, residual treatments at entry and harbourage points, dusts in voids and bait stations are used where each one works best. Food, toys, pets and fish tanks are protected first.
- Proofing advice. We show you the gaps, drains and damp spots that let the pests in, and what to seal or change so the treatment lasts.
- Report and follow up. The report lists what was found, what was used and when each room is safe to use again. A follow up visit is booked where the treatment calls for one.
General Pest Control in Khalifa City: what we plan for
Khalifa City is mostly large private villas built plot by plot, many of them extended over the years with a majlis, staff quarters or a second house on the same land. Khalifa City A is the established part, with apartment developments such as Al Rayyana and Etihad Plaza. Khalifa City B, now also called Shakhbout City, is newer and lower density, and Al Merief is a district of private villa plots.
Building work nearby disturbs rodents and cockroaches, which move toward the nearest occupied homes. Drains, service ducts and boundary gaps are checked first.
Most villas are on open streets, so the crew parks at the gate and works with the owner or the house staff. Apartment buildings ask for a permit and a lift booking. Any outside work that may need the community or municipality to agree is identified at the site visit.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for general pest control in Khalifa City follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- The type of pest and how established it is
- Size and type of the property, including the garden
- Number of visits the treatment needs
- One treatment or an annual contract
