What is included
Disinfection, odour, mould and fine dust treatment for the jobs ordinary cleaning cannot fix. Some problems need a specific method: mould after a leak, smoke or pet odour in soft furnishings, or fine dust after nearby construction. We find the source, treat it and verify the result.
- Mould removal and treatment of the affected surface
- Odour treatment at source, not masking
- Disinfection and fogging of rooms and vehicles
- Fine dust extraction with HEPA filtration
- Water damage clean up and drying
- Emergency response in Dubai
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Allergy Cleaning in Al Barsha: what we plan for
Al Barsha combines streets of large private villas in Al Barsha 2 and 3 with the apartment buildings of Al Barsha 1 around Mall of the Emirates. Barsha Heights is a district of residential and office towers, and Al Barsha South includes Arjan, Dubai Science Park and the Villa Lantana compounds. The MELLS office is in Barsha Heights.
Sheikh Zayed Road and Hessa Street carry heavy traffic, so an oily film builds on road facing glass and sills. City dust enters through the AC and settles on high ledges.
Villas are on open streets. Towers in Barsha Heights and Al Barsha 1 need a work permit and a service lift booking, which we arrange.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for allergy cleaning in Al Barsha follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas
