What is included
Disinfection, odour, mould and fine dust treatment for the jobs ordinary cleaning cannot fix. Some problems need a specific method: mould after a leak, smoke or pet odour in soft furnishings, or fine dust after nearby construction. We find the source, treat it and verify the result.
- Mould removal and treatment of the affected surface
- Odour treatment at source, not masking
- Disinfection and fogging of rooms and vehicles
- Fine dust extraction with HEPA filtration
- Water damage clean up and drying
- Emergency response in Abu Dhabi
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Smoke Odour Cleaning in Al Qurm: what we plan for
Al Qurm takes its name from the mangroves along the shores of Abu Dhabi island. Eastern Mangroves has apartment buildings beside the promenade, the marina and the hotel, with the Mangrove One villas nearby. Al Gurm Resort and Al Gurm West are waterfront villa communities among protected mangroves, many homes with a pool and pier, while Al Qurm Gardens and Al Qurm Compound hold gated family villas.
Mangrove lagoons keep the air humid for much of the year, and still water close to the houses brings midges and mosquitoes in warmer months. Mould grows quickly on shaded terraces, in pool rooms and behind wardrobes on outside walls, and tidal salt marks glass and metal.
The villa communities have gated entry, so the resident registers our team and vehicle with security in advance. Apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking. Exterior work may need master community approval; this is identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for smoke odour cleaning in Al Qurm follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

How much does smoke odour cleaning cost in Al Qurm?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean.
