What is included
Whole villa deep cleaning by a supervised crew, from the maid's room to the roof terrace, with every stone, timber and metal finish treated on its own terms. A villa is several jobs in one: family rooms, a working kitchen, staff quarters, a garage, terraces and often a pool surround. We size the crew to the footprint, start on the top floor and finish at the front gate, so the house comes back together in the order you use it.

How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.

- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
