Water tank cleaning and disinfection for villas, apartment buildings and commercial sites, with every tank drained, scrubbed, disinfected and photographed. Stored water sits in Dubai heat for most of the year, and sediment, biofilm and algae build up in tanks that are rarely opened. Our own team drains, cleans and disinfects the tank, flushes the lines and checks the lid, vents and float valve. What your building or the authority asks for in records or certificates is checked at the site visit.

How long will our water be off?
For most villas the supply is off for a few hours while the tank is drained, cleaned, disinfected and refilled. Buildings are planned with management so residents have notice, and twin tanks are cleaned one at a time where possible.
Is the water safe to use straight after disinfection?
The tank is rinsed and the outlets are flushed until the chlorine reading returns to a normal range before we hand back. You may notice a faint chlorine smell for a short time.
