How we carry out villa AC maintenance
A large villa can have a dozen units or more, ducted in the main rooms and splits in the outbuildings, maid room and driver room. On the first visit each one is listed by room with its type and condition. Service then follows the same order every time: return filters washed, indoor coils cleaned, drain trays and lines flushed, blowers checked. On the roof the condenser coils are washed from the inside out at low pressure, and the electrical box of each unit is opened to test the capacitor and tighten the terminals.
