Looking after a home in DAMAC Hills
DAMAC Hills is built around the Trump International Golf Club, with villa clusters such as Whitefield, Rockwood, Richmond, Brookfield and the Trump Estates, and apartment buildings including Golf Town, Golf Promenade, Carson and Loreto. A few minutes away, DAMAC Lagoons is a newer community of townhouses and villas arranged in Mediterranean themed clusters around swimming lagoons.
Fairway irrigation leaves mineral marks on glass and boundary walls of course facing homes. DAMAC Lagoons is still being completed, so construction dust settles on terraces and in AC filters every day.
We plan villa visits floor by floor, with course facing glass and terraces treated for sprinkler marks. In DAMAC Lagoons most bookings are move in cleans of newly handed over townhouses, where builder's dust and paint spots are removed before the furniture arrives.
Villas from the first phases are now due their first full repaint, inside and out. Course facing elevations are cleaned of irrigation staining and sealed before the exterior coats. New townhouses in the Lagoons are often repainted in a washable finish soon after handover.
Both communities are gated. Residents register our crew through the community app, and apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking.
