We plan villa visits floor by floor, with course facing glass and terraces treated for sprinkler marks. In DAMAC Lagoons most bookings are move in cleans of newly handed over townhouses, where builder's dust and paint spots are removed before the furniture arrives.

Elevations facing the course are hit by sprinkler water every day. We remove mineral staining, seal the wall and use an exterior paint that resists it. Villas from the first phases are now due their first full repaint, inside and out. Course facing elevations are cleaned of irrigation staining and sealed before the exterior coats. New townhouses in the Lagoons are often repainted in a washable finish soon after handover.

Both communities are gated. Residents register our crew through the community app, and apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking.
