Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Al Badia Hillside Village, Dubai Festival City

Al Badia is a gated quarter of villas and low rise homes beside the golf course in Dubai Festival City. A typical villa takes a crew of four to six. We begin on the top floor and work down to the garage and terraces, handing each floor back as it is finished.

Course side living brings sprinkler marks on windows and fine grass debris. External glass and terraces are part of the plan. Most homes are apartments with floor to ceiling glass and long balconies. We bring compact machines that fit the service lift, polish water marks from the glass and clean balcony tracks and drains. Villas in Al Badia are worked floor by floor by a larger crew.

Elevations facing the course are hit by sprinkler water every day. We remove mineral staining, seal the wall and use an exterior paint that resists it. Painting in the towers is planned inside permitted hours with low odour paint. Long open plan walls with daylight from one side show every roller mark, so we keep a wet edge across full walls and inspect in daylight.

Every tower requires a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, which we arrange. Al Badia is gated and visits are registered by the resident.
