Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Pearl Jumeirah, Dubai

Pearl Jumeirah is a peninsula of individually designed villas, most with direct water frontage. Villas are worked top floor first, then ground floor, then the maid's room, garage and outdoor areas, so the house is returned in the order you use it.

Being this close to the sea means salt film on glass and metal, sand in every track and humidity that feeds mould. We rinse salt off before polishing and check seals and vents for mould. Finishes here are among the most delicate in Dubai: book matched marble, bronze, lacquer and silk. We log every finish before work starts, use pH neutral products on stone and rinse salt from glass and frames before polishing.

Coastal air is hard on paint. Surfaces are washed, sealed and finished with a system chosen for salt and humidity. Sea facing walls and metalwork need coastal grade systems, with salt washed off and rust treated before priming. Interiors often carry specialist finishes, so we protect what is staying and match sheen and colour exactly where we touch in.

Access to the island and to the gated residences is controlled by security, and branded residences coordinate contractors through their management office. We provide staff details, insurance and method statements in advance.
