Road side properties gather a fine oily dust. It needs a mild degreaser, not just water, and that is what we use. Older villas often have original terrazzo, timber and marble that need gentle methods, while new builds arrive with construction dust in every cupboard. We adjust the method to the age of the house.

Road facing walls carry an oily traffic film that must be washed off or new paint will not grip. Older properties show settlement cracks, damp at low level and layers of previous paint, so preparation takes longer here. Exterior walls facing the sea need coastal grade paint, and boundary walls along main roads collect traffic film that must be washed off before repainting.

These are open neighbourhoods with no community gate, so access is arranged directly with you. We plan parking and equipment unloading before the visit.
