Homes in this community are detached villas on private plots, most with a garden and many with a pool. A typical villa takes a crew of four to six. We begin on the top floor and work down to the garage and terraces, handing each floor back as it is finished.

After a windy day sand gets everywhere. We remove it dry first, then clean, so it does not scratch floors and glass.
