Deep cleaning, AC care and mould removal in Liva, Town Square

This is one of the mid rise apartment buildings around the Town Square park, with access through building management. In apartment buildings we arrange the work permit and service lift, protect the corridor and bring compact machines that fit the lift.

After a windy day sand gets everywhere. We remove it dry first, then clean, so it does not scratch floors and glass. Most Town Square townhouses are three or four bedrooms over two floors, and a crew of four completes a deep clean in a day. We vacuum sand out of tracks and vents before any wet work, descale the bathrooms and degrease the kitchen, and clean the small garden terrace and the garage floor.

Sun and sand fade and abrade exterior paint. We use UV stable exterior finishes and wash surfaces before recoating. Handover paint in new townhouses is thin and marks easily, so a first repaint with a washable finish makes a visible difference. Settlement cracks at ceiling joints are opened, filled and taped before painting, and tenants moving out are returned to the original white for the handover inspection.

Townhouse streets are open to visitors with no gate pass. Apartment buildings need a work permit from building management and a service lift booking, and we arrange both.
