What is included
Limescale, soap scum and mould removed at source, with marble and natural stone protected from acid cleaners. Hard water leaves scale on glass, chrome and tiles within weeks. We descale each surface with the right product, lift mould from silicone and grout, and keep acids well away from marble.

How we carry out floor drain cleaning and odour removal
A floor drain that smells is usually doing one of two things. Either sludge from soap, hair and body oils is rotting in the trap, or the trap has dried out and lets air from the drainage pipes into the room. The second is common in guest bathrooms and balcony drains that see no water for weeks, and in homes closed for the summer. We lift the cover, pull out the hair and debris by hand, and flush the trap to see how fast it drains and whether the water stays in it.
A slow drain is cleared with a drain spring or a jetting hose, working down the branch towards the main stack. An enzyme treatment then goes in to break down the fat and soap film on the pipe walls that a spring does not reach. The cover and its frame are scrubbed, and the trap is filled so the water seal is restored. If the water drops out of the trap soon after filling, the seal or the pipe is faulty, and our plumbers note it for repair.
How it works

- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
