Bathroom Deep Cleaning for Private Residences
Limescale, soap scum and mould removed at source, with marble and natural stone protected from acid cleaners. For private residences, villas, penthouses and family homes, looked after by discreet crews under a named supervisor. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

How we work for private residences
A private home is not a job site. Our crews are directly employed, uniformed and briefed on the house before they arrive: which rooms are in use, which finishes are delicate and who to speak to. One supervisor stays with the household from the first quotation onwards.
- The same supervisor on every visit
- Surface register for marble, timber, metal and fabric
- Work planned around the family and household staff
- Confidentiality agreement on request
- Photo report within the hour

Questions from private residences
Will the same team come each time?
Yes, as far as rosters allow. The supervisor is always the same person, so the knowledge of your home stays with the team.
Can you coordinate with our house manager?
Yes. The supervisor works directly with your house manager, PA or household staff.
Can you remove limescale from shower glass?
Yes. Most scale is removed completely. Glass that has been etched over years can be improved but may keep a faint haze.
Is the cleaning safe for marble bathrooms?
Yes. Marble and travertine are cleaned with pH neutral products only. Acid descalers are used on ceramic, glass and chrome, never on stone.
How do you treat mould?
Surface mould is removed and the area disinfected. If mould keeps returning, the cause is usually ventilation or a leak, and we will tell you.
