What is included
Curtains filter the dust that comes through every window and balcony door. We clean them where they hang, so there is no shrinkage, no rehanging and no bare windows.
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust from fabric and linings
- On site steam cleaning on the track
- Spot treatment of marks and water stains
- Blinds cleaned slat by slat
- Tracks, poles and pelmets wiped down
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Curtain & Blind Cleaning in Al Mushrif: what we plan for
Al Mushrif is a long established villa district in the centre of Abu Dhabi island, between Airport Road and Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street. Most homes are standalone family villas on their own plots, in areas such as Al Qubaisat and along Al Saada Street, with compounds including Mushrif Gardens, Palm Oasis Villas and Al Yasat Compound. Umm Al Emarat Park and Mushrif Mall sit within the district.
Mature trees and large gardens give Mushrif more shade than most of the island, but they also bring leaf litter, pollen and birds. Irrigation keeps garden walls damp at the base, and dust from open plots and building work settles on terraces and in AC filters.
Standalone villas are reached directly, with the owner or house manager present for the first visit. Compounds such as Al Yasat and Palm Oasis have gate security, so the resident registers the crew in advance. Approvals for exterior work are identified at the site visit and we prepare the paperwork.
