What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. How we carry out deep cleaning after a summer closure
The first hour is spent bringing the home back to life. Windows are opened, the AC is switched on and every tap, shower and WC is run for several minutes to clear standing water and refill the traps.
