Developers & Government
Deep Cleaning for Developers & Government
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. For developers and public sector clients, handover programmes and public assets, worked to published method statements. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

How we work for developers and public sector clients
Handovers run to a programme. We resource to the number of units, clean and sign off unit by unit and report progress daily. For public assets we work to the client's method statements and reporting format.
- Crews sized to the handover programme
- Unit by unit sign off
- Daily progress reporting
- Method statements and risk assessments
- Snag photographs on request
What deep cleaning includes
Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.
- All rooms dusted from ceiling to skirting, including cornices, light fittings, AC grilles and wardrobe tops
- Kitchen degreased inside and out: cabinets, hob, oven, hood, fridge and tiled splashbacks
- Bathrooms descaled and disinfected: glass, chrome, grout, sanitaryware and floor drains
- Windows cleaned inside, with frames, tracks and sills cleared of sand
- Doors, handles, switches and sockets cleaned and disinfected
- Hard floors machine scrubbed and edges finished by hand
- Balconies and terraces washed down
- Before and after photographs with a signed inspection sheet

Questions from developers and public sector clients
Can you resource a large handover?
Yes. Crews are scaled to the programme and supervised on site.
Do you work to client documentation?
Yes. We follow your method statements, checklists and reporting format.
What is the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning keeps visible surfaces tidy. Deep cleaning removes the build up that regular cleaning cannot reach, including grease behind appliances, limescale on glass and chrome, dust on high ledges and inside cabinets, and sand packed into window tracks. It uses machines, specialist chemistry and a larger supervised crew.
How often should a home in Dubai be deep cleaned?
Twice a year suits most homes in Dubai. Homes near the coast, near construction or with pets, young children or allergy sufferers benefit from a deep clean every three to four months.
Do I need to be at home during the deep clean?
No. Many clients hand over a key or arrange access with security. The supervisor sends photographs during the day and the signed report at the end.
