What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.
- Ceilings, beams and cornices dusted with HEPA vacuums on poles
- High ledges, window heads and curtain boxes
- Ceiling fans, spotlights and AC grilles at height
- Floors and furniture protected before work starts
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
High Ceiling Dusting in Al Khail Heights: what we plan for
This is a managed community of mid rise apartment buildings on the Al Khail Road side of Al Quoz, with shared parking and a permit system for contractors. In apartment buildings we arrange the work permit and service lift, protect the corridor and bring compact machines that fit the lift.
Road side properties gather a fine oily dust. It needs a mild degreaser, not just water, and that is what we use. Warehouse conversions have sealed concrete floors, exposed ducts and steel trusses that hold dust overhead. High level surfaces are vacuumed from a scaffold tower or a scissor lift before the floor is machine scrubbed, otherwise the dust simply falls back. In villas and apartments the grey dust is taken out dry from tracks, sills and grilles first, then surfaces are washed.
Villas and most warehouses are on open streets with direct loading. The apartment communities run a permit and lift booking system, which The MELLS deals with. Galleries, managed warehouse compounds and working factories have their own site rules, confirmed at the site visit.

Typically 4 to 8 hours for most apartments, and 1 to 2 days for most villas with a crew of four to six. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
