What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.
- Majlis seating vacuumed and floor cushions aired and brushed
- Main and back kitchens degreased, including the hood filters
- Guest bathrooms descaled, with glass and chrome hand dried
- Entrance, front door and shoe area washed down and wiped
How we carry out ramadan and eid deep cleaning
The order of work follows how the home will be used. The majlis and dining room come first: chandeliers and AC grilles are vacuumed, seating is vacuumed along every seam, tables and sideboards are wiped and the floor is machine scrubbed. The kitchen takes the longest, since it is about to work harder than in any other month. Hobs, ovens, hood filters and the fronts and insides of cabinets are degreased, and the fridge is emptied shelf by shelf and wiped. Guest bathrooms and the entrance are finished last.
The weeks before Ramadan and before Eid are the busiest of the year for cleaning, and a rushed crew is the usual cause of a poor result. A job squeezed into half a day leaves no time for oven interiors or high dusting. We plan these visits early and fix the date in the written quotation. At the site visit the supervisor asks which rooms guests will use, how the kitchen is run and if carpets, sofas or curtains should be cleaned in the same visit.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Ramadan and Eid Deep Cleaning in Dubai South: what we plan for
Dubai South is a large new district at the southern edge of the city, beside Al Maktoum International Airport. Emaar South is a golf course community of townhouses and villas, with Urbana, Parkside, Saffron and Greenview among its clusters and apartments at Golf Views. The Pulse sits in the Residential District and has villas, townhouses and apartment buildings. Expo City Dubai adds apartments and the homes of Expo Valley, and the Business Park holds offices.
Open desert lies on most sides, and large sites are still being built. A strong wind carries sand across the whole district, where it packs into window tracks, covers terraces and loads AC filters in days. Few taller neighbours break the summer sun, so exterior paint and sealant on south and west walls age first. Sand is the main task here. It is vacuumed dry from tracks, sills, vents and floor edges with a HEPA machine before a mop touches the floor, because wet sand turns to a paste that scratches tile and glass. Many homes are newly handed over, so the first clean also lifts plaster dust, protective film residue and paint spots from frames and worktops.
Most villa and townhouse communities have a security gate, and the resident registers the crew before the visit. In the apartment buildings The MELLS requests the work permit and the lift slot from the management office. Rules for the Business Park and Expo City are confirmed at the site visit.

Questions about ramadan and eid deep cleaning in Dubai South
What does ramadan and eid deep cleaning include?
Before Ramadan and Eid the whole home is deep cleaned, with extra time given to the majlis, dining room, kitchen and guest bathrooms, the rooms that carry the most visitors. The work includes majlis seating vacuumed and floor cushions aired and brushed; main and back kitchens degreased, including the hood filters; guest bathrooms descaled, with glass and chrome hand dried.
How far ahead should we book before Ramadan?
Three to four weeks ahead is sensible, since the site visit and written quotation come first and the last fortnight fills quickly. Booking early also lets carpets or sofas dry fully before the first evening of guests.
Can the kitchen be cleaned while it is still in use?
It can, with some planning. The crew does the back kitchen and the main kitchen at different times, so one is always free for cooking, and the fridge is emptied and refilled in a single session to keep food out for as short a time as possible.
How much does ramadan and eid deep cleaning cost in Dubai South?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides ramadan and eid deep cleaning in Dubai South?
The MELLS provides ramadan and eid deep cleaning in Dubai South. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does ramadan and eid deep cleaning take?
Typically 4 to 8 hours for most apartments, and 1 to 2 days for most villas with a crew of four to six. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do I need to be at home during the deep clean?
No. Many clients hand over a key or arrange access with security. The supervisor sends photographs during the day and the signed report at the end.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. The crew arrives with machines, HEPA vacuums, steam units, microfibre and all products. We only need water and electricity at the property.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use professional products chosen for the surface, diluted correctly and rinsed off. Rooms are ventilated before handover. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities and we will adjust the product list.
How do your crews get access to Dubai South?
Most villa and townhouse communities have a security gate, and the resident registers the crew before the visit. In the apartment buildings The MELLS requests the work permit and the lift slot from the management office. Rules for the Business Park and Expo City are confirmed at the site visit.
How soon after handover should a new home be cleaned?
Once the snagging repairs are finished and before furniture arrives. Empty rooms let the crew reach every skirting, wardrobe and track, and the AC filters can be washed before the system pulls building dust through the house.
How do I choose a company for ramadan and eid deep cleaning in Dubai South?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
Can you come to Dubai South at short notice?
Yes. Crews travel from our Barsha Heights base, and urgent work in Dubai is attended within two hours between 08:00 and 19:00, Monday to Saturday.
