What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.
- Windows, mirrors and balcony glass cleaned and hand dried
- Taps, shower screens and sinks descaled and buffed dry
- Kitchen cabinets, hob and oven degreased inside and out
- Cupboards and wardrobes wiped inside, since buyers open them
How we carry out deep cleaning before a sale or viewing
Buyers look closely and they open things. The crew follows the standard order, HEPA vacuuming high surfaces and AC grilles first and then wet cleaning every room, but spends longer on the details that show. Glass is cleaned on both reachable faces and hand dried. Chrome and shower screens are descaled until the white bloom has gone. Oven, hob, hood and the insides of kitchen cabinets and wardrobes are degreased and wiped. Floors are machine scrubbed and the entrance, front door and balcony are washed down.
Bright Abu Dhabi daylight is unkind to a property. It shows every water spot on glass, every scuff on a pale floor and the dust line on a window track, and listing photographs record all of it. In an empty unit there is no furniture to hide marks, and dry traps can leave a faint drain smell that puts viewers off at the door. Cleaning cannot repair chipped paint or tired sealant. At the site visit we flag those items so you can decide on touch up painting or resealing before the first viewing.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
Deep Cleaning Before a Sale or Viewing in Embassies District: what we plan for
The Embassies District, also known as Al Safarat or the Diplomatic Area, lies off Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street towards Al Bateen Executive Airport. Most plots hold embassy buildings and diplomatic residences behind high walls, alongside low and mid rise apartment buildings, with the Rawdhat apartment blocks along the Airport Road side.
Wide roads and open plots let fine sand blow into gardens and across terraces. Embassy buildings and residences often have large stone or tiled entrance areas that show every footprint, and irrigation leaves mineral marks on boundary walls. Reception halls, offices and residences are cleaned to a plan agreed with the facilities or house manager, with restricted rooms left out or visited under escort. Quiet equipment is used in occupied areas, and the rooms covered are logged at the end of each visit.
Access to embassy premises and diplomatic residences follows the site's own security procedure, confirmed at the site visit, and staff details are sent in advance for clearance. Apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking, and we prepare the paperwork asked for.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for deep cleaning before a sale or viewing in Embassies District follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

Questions about deep cleaning before a sale or viewing in Embassies District
What does deep cleaning before a sale or viewing include?
Ahead of a sale, viewing or photo shoot the home is deep cleaned with attention on what buyers and cameras pick up first: glass, floors, kitchens, bathrooms and the entrance. The work includes windows, mirrors and balcony glass cleaned and hand dried; taps, shower screens and sinks descaled and buffed dry; kitchen cabinets, hob and oven degreased inside and out.
When should the clean be done before the photographer comes?
One or two days before is best. The floors are dry, any smell of cleaning product has gone and there is little time for dust to settle again. If viewings run for several weeks, a short top up visit keeps glass and floors presentable.
Do you clean empty and furnished properties?
Both. An empty unit is quicker to work in and lets us scrub floors edge to edge and wipe inside every cupboard. In a furnished home the crew moves and replaces furniture, and takes more care around staging items and personal belongings.
How much does deep cleaning before a sale or viewing cost in Embassies District?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.

Typically 4 to 8 hours for most apartments, and 1 to 2 days for most villas with a crew of four to six. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do I need to be at home during the deep clean?
No. Many clients hand over a key or arrange access with security. The supervisor sends photographs during the day and the signed report at the end.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. The crew arrives with machines, HEPA vacuums, steam units, microfibre and all products. We only need water and electricity at the property.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
We use professional products chosen for the surface, diluted correctly and rinsed off. Rooms are ventilated before handover. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities and we will adjust the product list.

How do I choose a company for deep cleaning before a sale or viewing in Embassies District?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
