What is included
A complete clean of every room, surface, fitting and fixture in the home, scoped in writing and signed off against fourteen checks. Deep cleaning reaches what weekly housekeeping leaves behind: the tops of wardrobes, AC grilles, window tracks, the grease line behind the cooker and the limescale that hard water leaves on glass and chrome. A supervised crew from The MELLS works through the home in a fixed order so nothing is missed and nothing is cleaned twice.

How we carry out kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning
Grease and limescale need opposite chemistry, so the two rooms never share a bucket or a cloth. In the kitchen an alkaline degreaser goes on the hood, the filters, the hob surround and the tiles behind the cooker, and is left to work before it is wiped and rinsed. Cupboards are emptied a section at a time and cleaned inside. In the bathrooms a descaler is laid on glass, chrome and ceramic, agitated with a non scratch pad and rinsed off. Grout lines and silicone are brushed, and drains are opened and cleared.
Dubai tap water is hard, and what it leaves on a shower screen is mineral, not soap, so more scrubbing with an ordinary cleaner only scratches the glass. The opposite mistake is worse: an acid descaler splashed on a marble vanity or floor etches it dull in seconds. Our supervisor checks for natural stone, for cupboard carcasses that have swollen from old leaks, and for the state of the silicone, and tells you before the work starts what cleaning will and will not put right.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
