What is included
A ducted AC is only as good as the ductwork hidden above the ceiling. Ducts that are too small are noisy and starve the far rooms, and in Dubai humidity any gap in the insulation sweats and drips onto the ceiling below. Our own technicians work out the airflow each room needs, then fabricate, hang, seal and insulate the ducts and balance the system before handover.
- Site survey of the AC unit, the ceiling void and the existing duct routes
- Duct sizes worked out from the airflow each room needs
- Supply and return ducts in galvanised steel sheet or pre insulated panel
- Joints sealed with duct sealant and foil tape
- Insulation with a continuous vapour barrier
- Short flexible connections to each diffuser, supported so they cannot sag
- Volume dampers, grilles and diffusers fitted and set
- Airflow balanced room by room and joints checked for leaks
- Checked against our 14 Point Standard, with photographs before and after
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Survey and diagnosis. A technician inspects the system or surface, takes readings and photographs, and explains what was found in plain language.
- Written quotation. You receive a written quotation against a defined scope before any work starts. Anything outside that scope is quoted separately.
- Protected, supervised work. The work area is protected and isolated, and the job is carried out by our own technicians under a named supervisor.
- Testing. Every job ends with a measured test suited to the discipline, so the result is a reading and a photograph and not an opinion.
- Report and warranty. The completed report reaches you within the hour. Any failed point is put right free of charge within 48 hours.

Whether the home is a villa or an apartment, we protect the area around the work and arrange any access the building requires.
New homes in the Lagoons benefit from an AC clean after handover, because ducts and filters hold dust from the building works.
Both communities are gated. Residents register our crew through the community app, and apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking.

Questions about AC ducting & duct installation in Flora, DAMAC Hills
What does AC ducting & duct installation include?
AC ducting sized, fabricated and installed for villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants, with joints sealed, ducts insulated and airflow balanced. The work includes site survey of the AC unit, the ceiling void and the existing duct routes; duct sizes worked out from the airflow each room needs; supply and return ducts in galvanised steel sheet or pre insulated panel.
How much does AC ducting & duct installation cost in Flora, DAMAC Hills?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size and type of the system or surface; present condition and ease of access. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides AC ducting & duct installation in Flora, DAMAC Hills?
The MELLS provides AC ducting & duct installation in Flora, DAMAC Hills, Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 55 444 0084.
How long does AC ducting & duct installation take?
Typically one to three days for most villas and fit out units. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do you install AC ducting in Flora, DAMAC Hills?
Yes. We install, replace and alter AC ducting in villas, apartments, offices, shops and restaurants across Dubai. A site visit measures the ceiling void and the AC unit before the scope is put in writing.
Why is water dripping from the ceiling under my AC duct?
Most often the insulation or its vapour barrier has a gap, so humid air reaches the cold metal and condenses. A blocked drain line can look the same from below, so we check both before any repair is proposed.
Why are some rooms colder than others?
The far rooms are usually short of air. The ducts may be undersized, a flexible duct may be crushed, or the branches may have no dampers. We measure the airflow at each outlet, correct the duct and balance the system.
How do your crews get access to Flora, DAMAC Hills?
Both communities are gated. Residents register our crew through the community app, and apartment buildings need a work permit and a service lift booking.
Can you work in the Trump Estates and other gated clusters?
Yes. Send us the appointment and we provide the staff and vehicle details for the gate.
How do I choose a company for AC ducting & duct installation in Flora, DAMAC Hills?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (a measured test for every job, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
