Post Construction Cleaning for Corporate & Offices
Removal of cement film, grout haze, paint splashes and fine construction dust, so a new or renovated property is ready to live in. For offices and corporate premises, offices, banks and headquarters on retained contracts, delivered outside working hours. Each job is quoted in writing after a site visit.

How we work for offices and corporate premises
Corporate clients need consistency and paperwork as much as clean floors. We provide a written scope, method statements, insurance documents and a monthly report, and we staff the contract with our own people.
- Out of hours working as standard
- Method statements and risk assessments
- Building permits and security clearance handled
- Monthly audit and report
- One invoice across cleaning and technical services
What post construction cleaning includes
Builders' dust is not household dust. It is fine, alkaline and abrasive, it settles for days after the trades leave, and it scratches glass and stone if it is wiped dry. We remove it in the right order, with vacuum extraction first and wet cleaning second, and we treat cement, grout and paint residue with the correct remover for each surface.
- HEPA vacuum extraction of dust from ceilings, walls, ledges, cupboards and AC grilles
- Cement film and grout haze removed from tiles and stone
- Paint splashes, silicone and adhesive lifted from glass, frames and floors
- Protective film and stickers removed from windows, appliances and sanitaryware
- Window glass, frames and tracks cleaned without scratching
- Inside all joinery, wardrobes and kitchen units
- Floors machine scrubbed, with stone and timber treated correctly
- A second dusting visit can be included once the air has settled

Questions from offices and corporate premises
Can you provide documents for building management?
Yes. Trade licence, insurance, staff IDs and method statements are supplied before the first visit.
Do you offer retained contracts?
Yes. Daily, weekly and monthly schedules are available under one contract.
Why can a normal cleaning company not do post construction cleaning?
Construction dust contains cement and gypsum fines that scratch glass and etch stone when wiped. It needs vacuum extraction, the right acid or alkaline removers for each residue and trained operators. Household methods spread the dust and damage new finishes.
When should post construction cleaning be booked?
After all trades have finished, snagging is complete and the AC has been commissioned. If trades return after the clean, dust returns with them.
Do you remove paint and cement from glass and tiles?
Yes. Paint splashes, cement film, grout haze, silicone and adhesive are removed with blades, pads and removers selected for the surface so nothing is scratched or etched.
