How we work for offices and corporate premises
Corporate clients need consistency and paperwork as much as clean floors. We provide a written scope, method statements, insurance documents and a monthly report, and we staff the contract with our own people.
- Out of hours working as standard
- Method statements and risk assessments
- Building permits and security clearance handled
- Monthly audit and report
- One invoice across cleaning and technical services
What sofa & upholstery cleaning includes
Sofas hold body oils, dust and spills deep in the weave. We identify the fabric first, test for colour fastness, then clean with shampoo, steam or dry foam as the fibre allows and extract the soil rather than pushing it deeper.
- Fabric identification and colour fastness test
- Dry vacuum extraction of dust and debris
- Pre treatment of stains and body contact areas
- Shampoo or steam cleaning with hot water extraction
- Leather cleaned and conditioned with dedicated products
- Moisture reading below 12 percent before we leave

Questions from offices and corporate premises
Can you provide documents for building management?
Yes. Trade licence, insurance, staff IDs and method statements are supplied before the first visit.
Do you offer retained contracts?
Yes. Daily, weekly and monthly schedules are available under one contract.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Most fabric sofas are dry to the touch in four to six hours with the AC running. We measure residual moisture before leaving so the sofa is never left wet.
Can all stains be removed?
Most food, drink and body oil stains come out fully. Ink, dye transfer and old set stains may only lighten. We tell you what to expect before we start.
Is steam safe for my sofa?
Not for every fabric. Velvet, silk blends and some viscose fabrics need low moisture or dry methods. We test first and choose the method the fabric can take.
