What is included
Care for fabric, leather, wood, stone, plaster, wallpaper and other wall finishes, each one tested first and cleaned the way its finish needs. Dust carried by the AC settles into fabric panels, flutes and grasscloth, and hands leave marks on leather and metallic paper around switches and doors. No single cleaner suits every wall. We survey the walls, test each finish on a hidden spot and start with dry methods, then use only a product suited to that material, so no wax, oil, lacquer or sealer is stripped.

How we carry out limewash and mineral paint wall cleaning
Limewash gives the soft, cloudy texture found in many newer villas in Dubai Hills and on the Palm, and it is meant to be slightly chalky. That is also why it marks. A shoulder brushing past leaves a dark smudge, and a wet cloth rubbed hard polishes the surface into a shiny patch that shows from across the room. Mineral silicate paints are tougher but still porous. The work here is about taking dirt off without changing the surface, so it begins dry.
Dust and cobwebs come off with a soft duster from top to bottom. Scuffs are tried with a soft dry eraser on a test area first. Where a mark needs water, it is dabbed with a clean damp sponge and left to dry, since rubbing is what burnishes limewash. Grease and food marks have usually soaked in, and on limewash the more reliable answer is a touch up rather than cleaning. We advise on that, and our own decorators can carry it out with the original product where you have it.
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
