What is included
Interior and exterior glass, frames and tracks, with hard water spotting removed rather than smeared. Dubai glass suffers from three things: dust, salt and the mineral spots left by irrigation and desalinated water. We wash with purified water, remove mineral deposits with the correct polish and clear the tracks so doors slide properly again.
- Floor and sills protected with towels before washing
- Glass washed and squeegeed, edges wiped dry
- Handles, locks and inner frames wiped
- Curtains and blinds drawn back and kept clear of wet glass
How it works
The same method on every job, so the result does not depend on who is on shift.
- Site visit and written quotation. A supervisor visits, measures and records every room, surface and extra. The written quotation that follows sets out the scope, with no hourly meter and nothing added on the day.
- Protect and prepare. Lifts, floors and furniture are protected and delicate finishes are logged on a surface register before any product is opened.
- Dry before wet, top before bottom. Dust is lifted with HEPA filtered vacuums from ceilings and fittings downwards. Each zone is then wet cleaned with chemistry matched to its finish.
- Detail work and floors. Tracks, switches, skirtings, handles and glass are finished by hand. Floors are machine scrubbed last so nothing is walked back in.
- Inspection and report. The supervisor signs all fourteen checks, photographs the result and sends you the report within the hour.
What your quotation depends on
A quotation for interior window cleaning follows a site visit. The supervisor looks at the points listed here and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before any work begins. Once you accept it, nothing is added on the day.
- Size of the property and number of rooms
- Condition, and how long since the last deep clean
- Furnished and occupied, or empty
- Extras such as sofas, carpets, mattresses, external glass or outdoor areas

The work includes floor and sills protected with towels before washing; glass washed and squeegeed, edges wiped dry; handles, locks and inner frames wiped.
How much does interior window cleaning cost in Dubai?
We do not publish prices, because no two jobs are the same. The main factors: size of the property and number of rooms; condition, and how long since the last deep clean. Book a site visit: a supervisor from The MELLS looks at the work and you receive a written quotation with a defined scope before anything begins.
Who provides interior window cleaning in Dubai?
The MELLS provides interior window cleaning in Dubai. The work is carried out by people The MELLS employs directly, under a named supervisor, 08:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday. To arrange it, book a site visit on this page or call +971 58 656 3001.
How long does interior window cleaning take?
Typically half a day for most apartments and one day for most villas. The time for your property is confirmed with the quotation.
Do you clean the outside of apartment windows?
We clean all glass reachable from balconies. Facade glass on towers is cleaned by the building using cradles or rope access.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Every one to three months outside, depending on distance from the sea, roads and construction.
Can hard water stains be removed from glass?
Yes, in most cases. Mineral deposits are polished out with a glass safe compound. Very old etching can be improved but not always removed.
How do I choose a company for interior window cleaning in Dubai?
Ask four things: who employs the people who will come, whether the scope is written down before work starts, how the result is checked, and what happens if something is missed. The MELLS uses its own staff, quotes in writing after a site visit, checks every job (14 Point Standard signed by the supervisor, with photographs before and after) and puts right any failed check free of charge within 48 hours.
